SSC CHSL EXAM 2018: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has issued examination notification [Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2)] for recruitment of Postal Assistants / Sorting Assistants, Data Entry Operators (DEO), Lower Divisional Clerks and Court Clerk. The SSC CHSL 10+2 Exam 2018 Online registration open from 18th November 2017 close on 18th December 2017.
Age Limit: Age Limit: 18 to 27 years as on 01.08.2018 (Candidates born not before 02-08-1991 and not later than 01-08-2000). The Upper Age Limit relaxation - 05 Years for SC / ST. 03 Years for OBC, Plus 10 Years for PWD, for others as per Govt rules.
Educational Qualification: Must have passed 12th class or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University.
Selection Process: The examination will consist of a Computer based Written Examination (Tier-I), Descriptive Paper (Tier-II) and Typing Test/ Skill Test (Tier-III) Examination for the post of Data Entry Operator, Postal Assistant & Sorting Assistant (PA/SA), Lower Division Clerk and Court Clerk.
Application Fee: Candidates belonging to OBC and UR (General) Candidates are required to pay Application fee of Rs 100/-. The Fee paid in respect of online application through SBI Challan/ Net banking and any credit and debit cards will be accepted. The Payment of application fee is exempted for all women candidates and candidates belonging to SC, ST, Physically Handicapped and Ex-servicemen eligible for reservation, as per Government orders..

SSC CGL Revised exam pattern 2016
Revised exam pattern of SSC CGL 2016 announced: Staff Selection Commission, SSC has just released the Revised Scheme of Examination for CGLE 2016.
SSC CGL Exam Pattern – Revised Highlights are:
- SSC CGLTier-I has become qualifying in nature with only 100 questions now. Each of the four sections will consist 25 questions each of 2 marks with a negative of 0.5 marks. The duration of the Tier-I exam will be 75 minutes.
- SSC CGLTier-I and Tier-II will be Computer Based Tests. There is no change in the exam pattern of Tier-II.
- Instead of INTERVIEW, SSC CGL Tier-III (of 100 marks) has been inducted which will require candidates to write Essay/Precis/Letter /Application in either English or Hindi.
- There will be no sectional cut-offs but a candidate will have to qualify all the three phases i.e. Tier-I, Tier-II, and Tier-III.
- SSC CGL Tier-I is scheduled to be held from 27th August 2016.
