DP Operations Head ::
  1. Minimum 50% or equivalent grade in Graduation in any stream from a Recognised University (and) Should possess a valid Certification from NISM / NCFM in DP operations.
  2. Minimum 02 years' experience with equity broker/ financial institution     in handling entire gamut of DP operations & thorough knowledge in compliance matters.

Chartered Accountant ::
  1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI).
  2. Minimum 1 year's experience in in the relevant area. Fresher's can also apply.

Human Resources and Legal – Head ::
MBA - HR or MSW and Bachelor in Law (LLB) from a Recognised Institute/ University.
Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience in Public/ Private organisation in the relevant field.

Manager Grade 'B'
(1) Post Graduation Degree in Economics from a recognized University. Candidates should have excellent communication and writing skills.
(2) Minimum 2 years as an Economist or Analyst with Financial Institutions/ Banks / Industry Chambers / Rating Agencies. Preference will be given to candidates having
background in macroeconomic forecasting and analysis.
(3) Candidates having hands on experience in Econometric packages like STATA (Data Analysis and Statistical Software), SAS (Statistical Analysis System) and EVIEWS will be given preference.

Consultant (equivalent to Grade D) (Merchant Banking) 
(1) MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant (CA) / Company Secretary / Post Graduate.
(2) Minimum 10 years in Financial sector / Law firms along with 5 years experience     working with SEBI recognized Category - I Merchant Banker handling issue Management, Merger, Acquisition, Listing, De-listing, ESOP Valuation, Project Appraisal, Loan Syndication, etc.

Selection Process: Interview only for Consultant (Merchant Banking) Post; Online Examination and Personal Interview for Group A Posts; Online Examination , Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview.
