National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (NTPC) invites Online Applications for recruitment of Lab Assistant (Chemistry) Trainees in Southern Region.
Important Dates: Start Date and Last date for Filling the Online Registration of Application is
25th may 2015 to 15th June 2015.
Educational Qualification: Full Time Regular Graduate Degree in B.Sc (Chemistry).
Stipend & Pay Scale: Selected candidates will undergo training for a period of One Year and will be paid a consolidated stipend of 11500/- per month. On successful completion of training, these candidates will be absorbed in the pay scale of 11500-3%-26000/-.
Selection Process: Written Examination & Interview.
Written Test: The Written Test is scheduled to be held on 09.08.2015 (Sunday).
The test can be taken in Hindi or English. Candidates will have to give their choice for appearing in Hindi or English at the time of applying for the post, which cannot be changed subsequently.
The test will be in two parts. Part-I will be Knowledge Test and will consist of 70 multiple-choice questions on chemistry subject. Part-II will be Aptitude Test and will consist of 50 multiple-choice questions on English, Quantitative aptitude & Reasoning. There is a separate qualifying mark for each part.
