Indian Air Force Recruitment 2015: HQ Western Air Command invites applications from national eligible candidates for the following posts by the various Air Force stations/units. The eligible candidates may address their applications to the concerned stations/units.

Educational Qualification:
Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
(i) 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recogniz~ Board or University,
(ii) A typing speed of 35 w.p.m in English or 30 w.p.m in H,indi on computer.

Storekeeper:
12th Class or equivalent qualifICation from a recognized Board or University

Steno Gde-II:
(i) 12 Class or equivalent from 8 recognized Board/Univ~rsity.
(ii) Skill Test Norms on computer.
Dictation: 10 mts @ 80 w.p.m in shorthand either in Hindi or English and a
speed of 40 words per minute in typing.

Multi Tasking Staff (MTS), Mess Staff, Safaiwala, Dhobi:
Matriculation pass (10th) or equivalent qualification from a recognized University or Board.

Cook: 
Matriculation with six months experience in the trade.

Painter: 
ITI Certificate in the appropriate field or trade.

Draughtsman Grade -III:
(i) Matriculation or its equivalent from recognized Board or University.
(ii) 02 years Diploma in mechanical Drawing or civil engineering or mechanical
engineering or electrical engineering or Draughtsmanship (Mechanical or Civil)
from an Industrial Training Institute or equivalent recognized Institution.
(iii) About five years experience in Draughtsmanship in a Government Institute

Selection Process: Written Examination and Skill Test (If Required)

How To Apply: Eligible candidates desirous of applying are to forward their applications as per prescribed format with following enclosures to the Air Force Stations/Units at addresses listed on the official notification.
(i) Application as per given format duly typed In English/Hindi on foolscap paper, Recent photograph (Passport
size 4.5 x 3.5 centimeters) duly selfatt~ted be pasted.
(ii) Self attested photocopies of certificate supporting Date of birth, Educational qualification, Experience etc.
(iii) Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH/Ex-serviceman are to enclose self attested photocopies of certificate
issued by the Competent authority supporting their category and reservation status.
(iv) Self addressed stamped envelope of size 24x11 Centimeters.
(v) Any other documents supporting their candidature i.e. Sports/Cultural activities..
(vi) The envelope containing the application should be superscribed.
