Defence research and development organisation (DRDO) Recruitment & Assessment Centre (RAC) invites online applications from engineering graduates for recruitment of Scientist 'B' in Mechanical Engineering for filling up 19 vacancies. The last date for submission of online applications is 6th July 2018.
Pay Scale: Level-10 (7th CPC) of the Pay Matrix (₹ 56,100/-)
Educational Qualification:
(1) At least First Class Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology in Mechanical Engg from a recognized university or equivalent.
(2) Qualification - First Class or equivalent, 60% marks will be taken as equivalent to first class for that institute. In such cases, where conversion formula is not available, CGPA/CPI of 6.75 (for a 10 point scale) will be taken as equivalent to 60% as per AICTE guidelines.
(3) Candidates should be qualified in GATE corresponding paper - Mechanical Engineering (ME).
Age Limit: (As on closing date)
Un Reserved (UR) :: Not exceeding 28 years
OBC (Non-creamy layer) :: Not exceeding 31 years
SC/ ST :: Not exceeding 33 years
Selection Process: (a) Written Examination (b) Personal Interview
