Indian Army Applications are invited from married / unmarried Male and unmarried Female Engineering Graduates for Grant of Short Service Commission (SSC) . The Course commencing in April 2017 at Officers Training Academy (OTA), Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The Online application start from 27th July 2016 and close on 24th August 2016.

(a) 20 to 27 years as on 01 Apr 2017. (Candidates born between 02 Apr 90 and 01 Apr 97) (Both dates inclusive).
(b) For widow of Defence Personnel with four years age relaxation - SSCW (Non Tech) - 19 to 29 years Born not earlier than 02 Jan 88 and not later than 01 Jan 98 (Both dates inclusive).
Educational Qualification: The Candidates who have passed Engineering Degree or are studying in the final year examination of Engineering course are eligible to apply and should also be from recognized College / University of India.
