National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) (Fully owned by Govt. of India and Reserve Bank of India) invites online applications for recruitment of Assistant Manager (Grade 'A') and Manager (Grade 'B') in Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS). Assistant Managers (Grade 'A")- Pay Scale : Selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay of Rs 17100/- p.m. in the scale of 17100-1000(11) - 28100-EB- 1000(4)- 32100-1100(1)-33200
Manager (Grade 'B') (RDBS)- Pay Scale : Selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay ofRs 21000/- p.m. in the scale of 21000-1000(9) - 30000-EB- 1000(2) - 32000-1100(4) -36400
Educational Qualifications:
Asst. Manager in Grade 'A' (RDBS) :
(1) A Bachelor's degree in any discipline like, Agriculture, Veterinary Sciences, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Dairy Technology, Horticulture, Arts, Management, Commerce, Science, Engineering, Information Technology etc. with a minimum of 50% marks or an equivalent grade, in aggregate of all semesters / years (OR)
(2) Master's degree in Agriculture, Veterinary Sciences, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Dairy Technology, Horticulture, Arts, Management, Commerce, Science, Engineering, Information Technology etc. with a minimum of 50% marks or an equivalent grade, in aggregate of all semesters / years (OR)
(3) A Doctorate Degree (OR)
(4) Chartered / Cost Accountants / Company Secretary (ACS) with a Bachelor's Degree (OR)
(5 Two Year Full time PG Diploma in Management / MBA Qualification from institutions recognised by GoI / UGC, with Graduation / Bachelor's Degree.
Manager in Grade 'B' (RDBS) :
(1) A first class Master's degree in Agriculture, Veterinary Sciences, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Dairy Technology, Horticulture, Arts, Management, Commerce, Science, Engineering, Information Technology etc. with a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent grade, in aggregate of all semesters / years (OR)
(2) A Doctorate Degree (OR)
(3) Chartered / Cost Accountants / Company Secretary (ACS) with a Bachelor's Degree (OR)
(4) Two Year Full time PG Diploma in Management / MBA Qualification from institutions recognised by GoI / UGC, with Graduation / Bachelor's Degree.
Essential Experience (as on 31 January 2016): 3 years' full time experience (02 years for SC/ST) as an Officer in Commercial / Cooperative / Regional rural Banks/ FIIs / Corporates / Non-Banking Finance Companies.
Selection Process: Preliminary Examination (Online Exam), Main Examination and Interview.
