J&K Police Recruitment 2015 – 4000 Constable Posts: Jammu & Kashmir Police has issued notification for the recruitment of 4000 Constable (Executive Police & Armed Police). Eligible candidates may apply in the prescribed application format on or before 15-10-2015.
Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18-28 years as on 01-01-2015 i.e., (Candidates born before 01-01-1987 and after 01-01-1997 shall not be eligible).
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed matriculation examination/ equivalent from any Government recognized board.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on written test, physical endurance test, physical standard test, medical examination.
Application Form: Candidates may obtain application form from the Offices of all the district SSsP in J&K/ SSP CID Cell New Delhi on payment of Rs. 300/- Demand Draft (DD)/ Postal Order from any of the Branch of J&K Bank/ Post Office payable to Chief Accounts Officer PHQ, payable at Jammu/ Srinagar.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their application in the prescribed format affixing recent passport size photograph on it along with attested copies of all relevant certificates, two recent passport size photographs to the Offices of respective District Superintendents of Police (SP) where the applicant resides on or before 15-10-2015. Candidates presently residing/ working outside the State can also deposit their application forms in the Office of the SSP CID Cell (Address: 11, Harish Chander Mathur Lane, Near Max Muller Bhawan, KG Marg New Delhi-110001 on or before 15-10-2015.
