Qualification & Experience:
Assistant Manager Grade 'A' (Civil Engineer) - Graduation in Engineering in Civil with minimum 60% marks in aggregate or Ist Class from a recognized University. Post Graduates in the same discipline will be preferred. Experience - Minimum 02 Years.
Assistant Manager Grade 'A' (Electrical Engineer) - Graduation in Engineering in Electrical with minimum 60% marks in aggregate or Ist Class from a recognized University. Post Graduates in the same discipline will be preferred. Experience - Minimum 02 Years.
Assistant Manager Grade 'A' (Security) - Any Graduate Degree from recognized University or equivalent. Experience - An officer with minimum 5 years commissioned service in the Army/Navy/Air Force.
Assistant Manager Grade 'A' (Catering & Hospitality) - Graduation in Hotel Management (from National Council of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India)/Hotel Management Institutes affiliated to/recognized by State Governments with minimum 60% marks in aggregate or Ist Class. Experience - Minimum 05 Years.
Assistant Manager Grade 'A' (Merchant Banking) - Graduation with minimum 60% marks in aggregate or Ist Class from a recognized University. Post Graduates in Business Management / CFA will be preferred. Experience - Minimum 03 Years.
Assistant Manager Grade 'A' (Economist) - Post Graduation Degree in Economics from a recognized University. Candidates should have excellent communication and writing skills.
Private Secretary Grade 'A' (Private Secretary) - Graduation with minimum 60% marks in aggregate or 1st Class from a recognized University. A Pass in Stenography Lower/Junior Grade Examination in English conducted by State Board of Examination/Board of Technical Examination/Board of Technical Education and Training. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
Manager Grade 'B' (Civil / Electrical Engineer) - Graduation in Engineering in (Civil / Electrical) with minimum 60% marks in aggregate or 1st Class from a recognized University. Post Graduates in the same discipline will be preferred. Minimum 05 years experience.
Manager Grade 'B' (Economist) - Post Graduation Degree in Economics from a recognized University. Candidates should have excellent communication and writing skills. Minimum 02 years experience.
