UPSC CAPF Examination 2015 – 304 AC Posts: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued a notification for the recruitment of 304 Assistant Commandant (AC) posts by conducting Central Armed Police Forces Exam 2015.
Important Dates: Start Date and Last date for Filling the Online Registration of Application is 25 April 2015 to 15 May 2015
Age Limit: Candidates age should be above 20 years and below 25 years as on 01-08-2015 i.e., he/ she must have been born not earlier than 02-08-1990 and not later than 01-08-1995. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Bachelor’s degree of a University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on performance in Written Examination, Physical & Medical Standards Tests, Physical Efficiency Test and Interview/ Personality Test.
Written Examination: Test scheduled to be held on 12th July 2015 and will comprise two papers. Paper I will be held from 10 a.m. to 12.00 Noon and Paper II will be held from 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.
Paper I General Ability and Intelligence - 250 Marks.
The questions in this paper will be of MCQ Type in which the questions will be set in English as well as Hindi.
Paper II General Studies, Essay and Comprehension - 200 Marks.
In this paper candidates will be allowed the option of writing the Essay Component in English or Hindi, but the medium of Precis Writing, Comprehension Components and other communications / language skills will be English only.
Application Fee: Rs.200/- either by depositing the money in any branch of SBI by Cash or by using net banking facility of SBI. No Fee for Female/ SC/ ST candidates.
